Our History
What is now known as Kruse Consulting, Inc., was originally founded by David Butterworth during the fall of 1987. Butterworth, being the sole proprietor, selected the name of Butterworth and Associates, and ever since that time, the business has enjoyed a physical presence in Avon, Indiana. Dale T. Kruse purchased the corporation fourteen years later and the company became known as Butterworth and Kruse Consulting, Inc. Three and a half years later, following Butterworth’s retirement, the business adopted its current name.
Throughout its existence, Kruse Consulting has developed as a comprehensive civil engineering, surveying, and land development consultant, offering a vast array of services to a wide-ranging spectrum of local and regional clientele. Kruse Consulting takes great pride in its ability to conceive a comprehensive understanding of client development desires and formulate courses of action that uniquely address the prerequisites of each individual project.
Kruse’s experience with countless types of developments, including those relationships that have been nurtured with various planning departments, utilities, and agencies exercising jurisdiction (especially within the Hendricks County area) gives Kruse the ability to craft critical timescales that are vital to the success of each individual project. The efficient management of costs and time represents the manner in which Kruse conducts its daily business.
